A LOOK BACK TO OUR FOURTH BOOTCAMP FOR INTERNATIONAL ENTREPRENEURS AT TECH&FEST 2025
From February 4 to 6, 2025, Grenoble Alpes welcomed around ten international startups for an immersive experience at the heart of its innovation ecosystem.
The event kicked off with an introduction to the region and its appeal for entrepreneurs, followed by expert talks on innovation financing and business development in France. The startups then had the opportunity to pitch their projects to local investors and partners.
The second day featured a visit to Tech&Fest, the festival bringing together industry leaders, researchers, and entrepreneurs in Grenoble. This was a unique chance for startups to connect with key innovation players and explore business opportunities in the region. Some of the startups participating in the Bootcamp even had their own booths at Tech&Fest.
The participating companies, from Turkey and South Korea, covered a range of sectors: medtech, AI, logistics, energy, and deeptech. Some are already considering setting up in France or collaborating with Grenoble-based partners.

FAISE: a soft-landing program dedicated to startups
The bootcamp has been organised as part of the FAISE soft-landing program. FAISE has been launched in 2020 by Invest in Grenoble Alpes in partnership with the Tarmac incubator and La French Tech in the Alps Grenoble. The objective is to support international startups interested in setting up in Grenoble Alpes by giving them all the necessary information they need regarding legal, financial, and cultural issues. But it takes also into account the personal aspects of such projects, as setting up abroad is not only a professional choice, it’s also a personal leap of faith.
Three bootcamps have already be organised, and many others are coming in the following years: please contact us if you are interested!
